First Aid

View our nationally accredited courses addressing basic first aid and the responsibilities of first aiders. The courses outlined in this section are fundamentals of first aid and are basic requirements in most workplaces.  All training and assessment is delivered on behalf of Allens Training Pty Ltd (RTO 90909)


HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation


HLTAID010 Provide Basic Emergency Life Support


HLTAID011 Provide First Aid (includes CPR)


HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an Education or care setting

Advanced First Aid

The courses in this section elaborate on the basics of first aid and develop advanced first aid techniques. Each course teaches advanced patient care, learning to recording vital signs and monitor patient condition. 

Provide Pain Management

This unit of competency involves the skills and knowledge required to administer restricted analgesics. It includes identifying the need for analgesia; accessing, preparing and administering restricted pain relief such as analgesics and aspirin according to medically endorsed protocols; performing casualty handovers and completing analgesic use requirements.

Community Services 

Thanks to our partner, Allens Training Pty Ltd, we can offer select accredited courses for the use of community services. The courses below apply to workers within a range of job roles providing services to the community.


Our non-accredited courses are designed to help educate learners on specific topics. Learn about the complexities of spinal injuries or the pharmacodynamics of illicit drugs. These short courses can be delivered face-to-face or entirely online using Zoom as a delivery platform.
